Publications of the Werner Oechslin Library Foundation
Journal SCHOLION
SCHOLION is the information bulletin of the Werner Oechslin Library Foundation and documents the research based on its holdings, new acquisitions, and events organized by the foundation. The humanities and cultural history are the constituent disciplines of the library; the core holdings in a strict sense are works on architectural theory and related texts from the fields of mathematics, engineering, drawing and perspective as well as art theory and aesthetics. Most important is the availability and consultation of the primary sources in their original editions, as well as relevant later editions. The focus of the research, therefore, is the book, its history, and embedding it in its relevant cultural history.
Conference Proceedings
Volumes with conference proceedings and similar publications based on workshops, talks, and symposia held by the foundation document its broad activities, particularly the International Baroque Summer Courses.
Other Individual Publications
Various individual publications record diverse research projects pursued at the library.
